How does the orb work?
The Infinity Orb is a crystal ball with a built-in video player on the back. You upload your videos, and the orb projects them in 3D inside the crystal, creating a floating, immersive display of your memories.
How can I upload my videos to the orb?
To customize your videos, simply connect the orb using the provided USB cable and turn it on. Then, copy your pre-made videos into the VIDEO folder on the orb.
How do I control the videos on the Infinity Orb?
The orb has a control stick on the back. Tap it left or right once to skip to the previous or next video. Hold left or right to adjust the volume, tap the center to play or pause, and hold the center button to power the orb on or off.
Does it play sound?
Yes! The Infinity Orb plays audio along with your videos, and you can adjust the volume using the control button on the back.
How long does the shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped worldwide. Delivery usually takes 5–14 business days depending on your location.

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order, and the shipping time usually takes between 6-12 business days for the US And UK, and7-15business days for other countries. please note that some international orders my take15-20business days to arrive due to customs/local post office delays.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Centre in accordance with the following Return Policy:
Items must be sent back within 10 business days of the delivery date.All items requested for return/exchange must not be used or damaged.Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received them, and are in the original box and/or packaging with all tags if any. You can choose between a refund in-store credit or a refund to your original payment method.Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Centre.We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
