SHIPPING TIME
It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order, and the shipping time usually takes between 6-12 business days for the US And UK, and7-15business days for other countries. please note that some international orders my take15-20business days to arrive due to customs/local post office delays.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Centre in accordance with the following Return Policy:
Items must be sent back within 10 business days of the delivery date.All items requested for return/exchange must not be used or damaged.Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received them, and are in the original box and/or packaging with all tags if any. You can choose between a refund in-store credit or a refund to your original payment method.Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Centre.We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
